This is just a quick message to all fans of Steve Irwin known as the “Crocodile Hunter”.

Based on Discovery channel news, the 8 year old Bindi Irwin’s upcoming TV show will be aired on the Discovery Kids channel. It premiers on June 9th and in this show Bindi also called The Jungle Girl will be trying to get more children interested in wildlife conservation. During the show she will interact with variety of animals, like koalas, elephants, reptiles and others.

Her farther Steve Irwin, who tragically died last September after stingray’s barb pierced his chest while he was diving in the Great Barrier Reef, will also appear on this show. Steve Irwin will appear in scenes shot before his death and in other archival footage, Discovery publicist David Schaefer said Wednesday.

You will also have a chance to see some more great footage of the Croc Hunter on June 8th, one day before Bindi’s Jungle Girl show. In this one-hour special called “My Daddy the Croc Hunter” and hosted by Bindi herself you’ll get to see footage of Steve as well as Bindi’s early childhood.
